Church Insurance experts…..question:
My church got their renewal thru Church Mutual and of course the deductible is increasing from 25k to 1% (approx $76k) for wind/hail. I know this is becoming standard. And the church has had 2 major lightning strike claims in last 3 years.
The outside is fully metal. 35k sqft. 18yrs old.
