Any insight appreciated- first possible umbrella claim. Progressive is the underlying auto carrier. Umbrella with RLI. Progressive has assigned our insured and attorney and the assigned attorney from Progressive has asked for any additional liability policies in the event the claim exceeds liability on auto.
I called RLI to see if they would prefer us open a claim or wait to see if claim exceed liability limits of auto insurance. RL
